Key Responsibilities
Creative Concept Development
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the development of creative concepts and big ideas for IMC and
Digital Marketing campaigns.
Multi-Channel Content Creation
Create a wide range of content, including taglines, headlines, video scripts (TVCs, viral videos), PR articles, and engaging social media content across multiple platforms.
Content Quality Control
Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and campaign objectives while maintaining high-quality standards across assigned projects.
Pitching & Proposal Support
Support proposal development and present creative ideas and campaign concepts to clients.
Mentoring & Team Development
Guide, mentor, and review the work of Junior Content Creators and Interns to help elevate team performance and creative output.
What We're Looking For
Experience
Minimum 3-4 years of experience working in Digital Agencies, IMC Agencies, or similar creative environments.
Mindset
Strong visual thinking ability and the capability to collaborate effectively with
Designers, Art Directors, and Creative teams.
Skills
Excellent writing skills across various styles and formats, from concise and impactful copy to emotional and storytelling-driven content.
Deep understanding of consumer insights and digital audience behavior across online platforms.
Attitude
Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to refining content until the highest quality is achieved.
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter, Creative Writer, or in a similar role.
Previous Agency experience is highly preferred.
Strong time management, organizational, and teamwork skills.
High sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure while meeting deadlines.
Ability to inspire others and effectively communicate creative ideas within project teams.
Familiarity with AI tools and the ability to integrate AI into daily content creation workflows.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
