As a Senior Communication Planner, you will be responsible for crafting innovative and effective communication strategies that enhance brand awareness and engagement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all communications align with our brand's voice and business objectives. This role demands a high level of creativity, strategic thinking, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive communication plans on various platform such as website, social media (main channel), paid media that align with the company's marketing strategy and business goals.
Collaborate with internal marketing team to create cohesive and creative content.
Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities.
Provide expert guidance on messaging, branding, and positioning of products and services.
Oversee the creation and execution of creative content across various media platforms including digital, print, and social media.
Measure and report performance of all communication plans, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Mentor and lead junior staff in project management and creative content processes.
Stay up-to-date with advancements in marketing and communications technology and techniques.
Manage external agency/KOL during campaigns
