The Senior
Content Creator is responsible for developing, managing, and elevating TAS's communication content across multiple platforms, ensuring brand consistency and supporting the school's marketing, admissions, PR, and event activities.
Scope of work includes, but is not limited to:
A. Strategic Content Development
● Plan monthly/quarterly content calendars for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and the Website.
● Develop content aligned with TAS brand voice - professional, inspiring, and student-centered.
● Produce content for marketing campaigns, admissions materials, PR activities, and corporate partnerships.
B. Multi-platform Content Production
● Write PR articles, long-form content, SEO articles, and press releases.
● Create event-related content (MC scripts, speeches, recap posts, internal emails).
● Collaborate with the design team to develop visual content, key visuals, and communication materials.
● Work with the media team to produce social videos, event documentaries, and advertising content.
C. Channel Management & Performance Optimization
● Manage assigned content across fan pages and the school website.
● Monitor performance metrics (reach, engagement, lead quality) and propose improvement initiatives.
● Ensure all content is consistent, meets deadlines, and fulfills KPI requirements.
D. Internal Communications & Event Support
● Support internal communications: newsletters, announcements, parent letters.
● Participate directly in school events (Open Day, festivals, academic competitions, sports events) to create realtime content
A. Qualifications & Experience
● Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, PR, or related fields.
● Minimum 3 years of experience as a Content Creator or Copywriter (experience in education or agency is a strong plus).
● Strong English writing ability is a significant advantage.
B. Professional Skills
● Excellent writing skills across formats: PR, social content, long-form, speeches, video scripts.
● Strong understanding of branding, tone & voice, and storytelling.
● Basic understanding of SEO and digital content.
● Knowledge of short-form video production and ability to brief the media team.
● Ability to interview students, teachers, and parents to collect content materials.
