In your role as Senior Copywriter at Diag, you will play a critical role in driving our marketing content strategy and execution. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing our content strategy to align with business goals and brand essence:
Content Creation: Create, curate, and manage all published content and design (images, video, social posts, audio/podcast, etc...), especially landing pages/ website for converting leads.
Campaign Planning & Management: Research, Plan, execute, manage and report all marketing content and design (images, video, social posts, audio/podcast, etc...) for all Diag communication touchpoints (Fanpage on Facebook, Tiktok, Zalo ZNS, Website, ...), ensuring content marketing is consistent and well-fit with per touchpoint
Initiatives to expand communication channels: Explore new channels of communication with test and learn to understand platforms/channels themselves, driving initiatives of content to maximize brand coverage across relevant channels
Reporting: Analyze campaigns and translate anecdotal or qualitative/quantitative data into implications & recommendations to optimize and fine-tune content strategy.
Project management: Be the owner and lead all related stakeholders to plan, build and track the project, ensuring to deliver in set timeline with committed quality.
Research & Analysis: Research in category (direct & in-direct competitors) and across consumers trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy to map out a comprehensive communication plan to deliver: leads (data acquisition) to sales (conversion), increase brand awareness and engagement with targeted consumers by product level.

Minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience, preferably a mix of advertising agency, creative studio, and in-house experience...
Outstanding portfolio demonstrating best-in-class campaign work, landing page copywriting.
Good knowledge or experience in the healthcare industry is a big plus.
Excellent consulting, writing, researching, surveying, presentation, and communication skills.
Strong conceptual and brainstorming skills, leading and participating whenever needed.
Empathy for the customer, and empathy for individuals on a creative team.
Passionate about health mission and healing purpose.
Proficient in English (both verbal and written)
