Networld Asia - Brancher.X Vietnam is looking for a Senior Copywriter to lead the copy direction across campaigns and play a key role in developing impactful creative ideas.
This role requires someone who can own the creative narrative, guide junior team members, and collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver strong diverse range of projects (IMC, digital, social, activation...).
Key Responsibilities
Lead copy development across campaigns, ensuring strong, consistent, and on-brand messaging.
Work closely with Planner, Account, and Art teams to develop diverse range of projects (IMC, digital, social, activation...) from concept to execution.
Take ownership of creative ideation, big ideas, and content direction.
Develop strategic content plans (angles, content pillars, messaging framework, content calendar...) in both Vietnamese and English.
Present ideas and concepts clearly and confidently internally and to clients.
Guide and mentor junior copywriters/content team members to ensure quality and consistency.
Ensure all copy outputs meet high creative standards and align with campaign objectives.
Participate actively in brainstorming sessions and contribute to overall creative strategy.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related fields.
Minimum 4-6 years of experience in copywriting/content within an agency environment.
Strong experience in IMC/Digital campaigns.
Proven ability to develop concepts and lead creative direction (copy-focused).
Excellent writing skills in both Vietnamese and English.
Strong presentation and storytelling skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
Detail-oriented with strong ownership and accountability.
Team player with the ability to guide and support junior members.
