- Purpose: This person will be in charge of engaging with current and potential customers via integrated marketing channels including online and offline. Via marketing and communication channels, online techniques and analysis, the Senior Customer Engagement Specialist pursues specific goals in increasing customer engagement rate, lead generation, lead qualification, mobile application retention rate, build marketing campaign interaction, brand building and conversion to help promote company's positive reputation on digital platform as well as to help generate additional sales at every turn.
- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all customer engagement marketing campaigns;
* Develop, manage and implement customer marketing engagement campaigns include: Digital, Engagement, Activation following seasonal thematic campaigns;
* Work closely with Creative team to develop concept, key visual and communication details content for engagement campaigns: activation, digital lead generation, mobile app launching & retention, ...
* Develop customer testimonial activities to understand customer insight, A/B test creative performance & positioning, test strategy to optimize marketing performance and reach business goals & KPIs;
* Seek for new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in customer marketing activities;
* Evaluating customer research to catch up customer trends, market conditions and competitor data.
* Other tasks assigned by Managers.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
* University graduate - major: Business, marketing / communications;
* Minimum 3 years experienced in digital performance agency or finance/banking cooperation.
* Strategic thinker, digital optimization skills, campaign management
* Language requirements: Vietnamese - fluent, English - advanced
