Senior Data Analyst ( Chuyên Viên Phân Tích Dữ Liệu)

Data Analyst is responsible for understanding business need, capturing the domain expertise, and translating this accurately into a succinct requirement document that will serve as the input to the software designers.Liaises with product owners and technical engineers to develop analysis and evaluate new feature to drive user engagement and retention. Work with other members (Data Engineers,...) to implement, integrate and optimize our existing systems.Partner with product owners to do user research and in-depth interviews to understand users' need and pain points to optimize product features.Passionate about working with complex datasets and turn data into insights to answer stakeholders questions.Ownership of conceptualizing, developing, and maintaining dashboards and visualizations.Build key data dashboard to empower operational and exploratory analysis.Review data and dashboard periodically to make sure all reports be up-to-date and accuracy.Other tasks as assigned on demand.
