As a start-up formed in 2020, we have created a fast-paced and dynamic environment, enabling our people to reach a cumulative average growth rate of over 400% in just under 3 years. Our mission now is to build direct-to-consumer brands and increase customer LTV.
As a Senior Data Analyst of our Risks & Financial Services (RFS) Team, you will employ your expertise in establishing large datasets, developing models and transferring complex data into actionable insights to provide pivotal support to business decision-making across the company. Reporting to our Business Data, Risks and Finance Team Leader, you will also work closely with our CEO and other business partners to help functional teams track data, identify trends, anticipate shifts and seize opportunities.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Collect, clean, and preprocess data from various sources
- Establish datasets scientifically to meet complex reporting requirements
- Conduct in-depth analysis of structured and unstructured data to uncover insights and trends
- Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to monitor key performance indicators
- Collaborate with different functional teams to understand business requirements and propose report templates to meet the information needs for operational and decision-making purposes
- Identify opportunities for improvement and optimization through data analysis
- Present findings and proposals to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
- Other tasks as requested by management

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related fields
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Data Analyst position or equivalent
- Proficiency in organizing data scientifically for long-term use, growth and optimization
- Highly skilled in Excel and Google Sheets, data manipulation and analysis using SQL, Python, or R
- Proficiency in data visualization tool Quicksight. Knowledge of other data visualization tools such as Power BI & other visualization tools is an advantage
- Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communicator with strong presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Experience in data analysis in e-commerce, financial industry, or environments with large transaction volumes is an advantage
- Having knowledge and experience in building, managing Big Data is an advantage
