Senior Design / Project Architect

Manage various stages of development projects, from feasibility studies and authority submissions to construction progress monitoring.
Oversee the overall project process, including submissions to relevant authorities, ensuring projects are delivered in accordance with design intent and applicable building codes and regulations.
Understand Vietnam's building authority requirements, particularly fire safety, planning regulations, and relevant construction regulations.
Independently manage and coordinate multiple projects.
Prepare specifications, contract documents, and tender documents on behalf of clients.
Lead project teams and liaise closely with clients' representatives, consultants, and contractors.
Monitor project progress, identify site issues promptly, and coordinate appropriate solutions.
Produce architectural drawings as required for each project in an effective and professional manner.
Perform other project management and architectural duties as required.
