1. Store Visual Design
- Develop and execute store display concepts, including visual merchandising, POSM, standees, signage, and thematic decorations aligned with the brand concept.
- Ensure consistent and attractive visual identity across the store layout.
2. Promotional Campaigns
- Design creative assets for promotional programs (banners, posters, shelf talkers, digital screens).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to translate campaign ideas into compelling visuals.
3. Packaging Design
- Create packaging designs (gift sets, product packaging, wrapping materials) with cultural inspiration and customer appeal.
- Work with suppliers and printers to ensure high-quality production.
4. E-Commerce & Social Media Design
- Design product images, banners, and campaign materials for Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and other e-commerce platforms.
- Support content design for TikTok, Facebook and Instagram: short-form video graphics, thumbnails, social media posts.
- Adapt offline campaign visuals into digital assets suitable for online channels.
5. Brand Identity & Consistency
- Maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency across offline store, e-commerce, and social media platforms.
- Proactively suggest design innovations that strengthen brand presence.
6. Collaboration
- Work closely with the Marketing, Sales, and Store Operations teams to support new product launches, promotions, and events.
- Provide creative direction for photoshoots, TikTok campaigns, and influencer collaborations.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience as a
Designer, preferably in retail, cosmetics, FMCG, or e-commerce.
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, packaging, retail, and digital design projects.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of video editing tools (Premiere/After Effects/CapCut) is a plus.
- Understanding of e-commerce design standards (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) and social media creative trends.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to balance aesthetics with commercial goals.
- Good communication skills and teamwork mindset.
- Fluent in English or Korean is an advantage.
