Senior Designer

Website Design (50%):
Lead all aspects of website design, including conceptualization, wireframing, prototyping, and final visual execution.
Apply user-centered design principles and conduct user research to inform user interface and user experience decisions.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless design implementation and functionality.
Graphic Design Expertise (40%):
Design captivating graphics, layouts, and illustrations for websites, marketing materials, social media, and other digital and print platforms.
Ensure brand consistency and alignment with marketing goals across all design deliverables.
Employ advanced typography, color theory, and composition techniques to elevate design quality.
Participate in brand strategy sessions to develop visually compelling designs and create assets like mood boards and style guides, ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
Video Production (10%):
Develop creative video concepts, script storyboards, and manage filming for product demonstrations, guidelines, and company recap videos.
Edit videos utilizing advanced techniques in transitions, graphics, and sound design to produce polished, engaging content.
Design Quality Management:
Set and uphold design standards and best practices within the team.
Review and provide constructive feedback on design work, ensuring quality and alignment with client and company goals.
Mentor and guide junior designers to support their professional development.
