Review, deploy and configure Callbot Chatbot system base on guideline and go live checklist. Customize or add new feature base on BU requirements.
Provide L2 support on production.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues within a timely manner against SLA requirements.
Monitor, operating the platform, application, and system.
Backup, achieve.
Maintain the platform and system.
Define SLA, OLA.
Training for L1 support and other members.
Create operation guideline documents.

Yêu cầu
1. Educational Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field of study: or equivalent education, training & experience
2. Relevant Knowledge/ Expertise
Operating experience with application server like Apache Tomcat or Nginx.
Operating experience with logging and monitoring system like Grafana, Prometheus, Logstash.
Experience working with Window, Linux operating system.
Experience working with AWS.
Experience working with MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, Elasticsearch.
At least 5 years's experience working with DotNet core.
At least 3 years' experience working with Laravel.
Experience working with Nodejs and Reactjs is an advantage.
Operating experience with message queue system like RabitMQ, ActiveMQ.
Familiar with web/application servers using Load Balancing model.
Familiar with CI/CD tool like GIT.
