A. Product QA & Testing (70%)
- Serve as the primary QA/QC point of contact for multiple application and web-based products including:
+ OVI Kids App & Web
+ OVI Teens & IELTS platforms
+ User and Content Management Portal
+ Content Management System (CMS)
- Conduct in-depth testing of Backend APIs and integration APIs to ensure accurate and seamless data synchronization with the CoreEdu/Vhub IT database for OVI product operations.
- Create and execute test plans, test cases, and regression testing scenarios based on product requirements and user stories.
B. Product Deployment & Operational Support (30%)
- Actively support the release and deployment cycle by closely collaborating with
Product Owners, DevOps engineers, and related software
developers (mobile, backend and frontend) during Agile sprints.
- Act as the point of contact for product operations and maintenance:
+ Monitor daily OVI product support tickets.
+ Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
- Communicate effectively with operation teams and ASA stakeholders to maintain smooth product performance, user satisfaction and SLA
compliance.
