We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer who will be responsible for building and maintaining our CI/CD pipelines, managing and mentoring a team of developers, and ensuring the smooth operation of our development and production environments. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in DevOps practices, cloud infrastructure, and a strong understanding of software development and deployment processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and reliable deployment of software.
Automate and optimize deployment processes, monitoring, and infrastructure management.
Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline workflows and improve productivity.
Manage and mentor a team of developers, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.
Monitor and troubleshoot production issues, ensuring high availability and performance of applications.
Implement and maintain security best practices across all environments.
Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or similar.
Continuously improve system performance, reliability, and scalability.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the company remains competitive.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of experience in DevOps, with a strong focus on CI/CD and automation.
Proven experience managing and mentoring a team of developers.
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.).
Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or similar.
Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, etc.).
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with microservices architecture and orchestration.
Knowledge of database management and optimization.
Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Certification in relevant DevOps or cloud technologies.
