1. Tổng quan vị trí (Job Summary)
Chúng tôi đang tìm kiếm một Senior DevOps/MLOps Engineer để xây dựng và tối ưu hóa hạ tầng điện toán hiệu năng cao
phục vụ cho các dự án AI/LLM quy mô lớn. Vị trí này đòi hỏi sự kết hợp giữa kỹ năng quản trị hạ tầng Cloud (AWS), điều phối Container (Kubernetes) và thiết kế quy trình vận hành mô hình máy học (MLOps) từ khâu xử lý dữ liệu đến khâu triển khai (Inference).
2. Trách nhiệm chính (Key Responsibilities)
Hạ tầng & Cloud (DevOps Focus):
Thiết kế và quản trị hạ tầng AWS (EKS, EC2, S3, IAM) sử dụng Infrastructure as Code (IaC) như CDK, Terraform hoặc Pulumi.
Tối ưu hóa chi phí vận hành Cloud (FinOps) và quản lý hiệu năng hệ thống Cluster GPU (H100/H200).
Xây dựng hệ thống CI/CD automation linh hoạt cho cả microservices và AI workloads.
Thiết kế hệ thống bảo mật Cloud, tracking CVE và triển khai các Guardrails bảo mật cho hệ thống.
Vận hành AI/ML (MLOps Focus):
Xây dựng và duy trì ML Pipeline (Data ingestion, Feature engineering, Training, Fine-tuning).
Triển khai các giải pháp Serving LLM quy mô lớn (vLLM, Ray, SGLang) trên môi trường Kubernetes.
Thiết kế hệ thống giám sát (Monitoring/Logging) chuyên sâu cho AI: theo dõi Model Drift, Accuracy, Latency và Resource Utilization (GPU/VRAM).
Phối hợp xây dựng Data Lakehouse (MinIO, Trino, Iceberg) và các luồng ETL/ELT phục vụ huấn luyện mô hình.
3. Yêu cầu chuyên môn (Requirements)
Học vấn: Tốt nghiệp Đại học/Thạc sĩ chuyên ngành Khoa học máy tính, Phần mềm hoặc liên quan.
Kỹ năng lập trình: Thành thạo Python, Golang, Bash script và C++.
Kinh nghiệm Cloud/DevOps:
Sâu về hệ sinh thái AWS (SA Associate trở lên là một lợi thế).
Làm chủ Kubernetes (EKS), Helm, Karpenter và ArgoCD.
Có kinh nghiệm migration hệ thống production quy mô lớn.
Kinh nghiệm MLOps/Data:
Hiểu biết về vòng đời ML (Model lifecycle) và các framework AI (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
Kinh nghiệm làm việc với các công cụ Big Data (Kafka, Airflow, Spark/NiFi).
Có kiến thức về GenAI/LLM: RAG, LangChain/LangGraph, Vector Database.
Ngoại ngữ:
Tiếng Anh tốt (đọc tài liệu kỹ thuật và giao tiếp với đối tác nước ngoài).
4. Điểm cộng (Nice to Have)
Chứng chỉ CKA (Certified Kubernetes Administrator).
Có kinh nghiệm giảng dạy, mentoring hoặc đóng góp cho cộng đồng công nghệ (Open Source, Tech Seminars).
Hiểu biết về an toàn AI (Constitutional AI, Guardrails).
