As we continue expanding internationally, we're looking for an experienced and creative Senior Digital Designer to join our international team.
Key Responsibilities
UX/UI & Web Design
Design and improve website pages, landing pages, and digital user interfaces.
Enhance user experience, website navigation, and conversion flows.
Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and responsive designs using Figma.
Collaborate with
developers and marketing teams to turn design concepts into functional digital experiences.
Creative & Marketing Design
Design engaging visuals for
digital marketing campaigns, social media, and product launches.
Create promotional materials, presentations, banners, and other marketing assets.
Support creative projects for partnerships, webinars, and global campaigns.
Maintain consistent branding and visual identity across all digital channels.
Explore new design trends and contribute creative ideas to strengthen Printbelle's brand.
Project Ownership
Independently manage design projects from concept to final delivery.
Work closely with international colleagues to understand business needs and deliver effective design solutions.
Balance multiple projects while maintaining high quality and meeting deadlines.
Requirements
3+ years of professional experience in digital design, UX/UI, web design, or related fields.
Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or equivalent tools.
Solid understanding of UX/UI principles, responsive design, and user-centered design.
Strong visual creativity, typography, layout, and branding skills.
Ability to work independently, take ownership, and manage multiple projects.
Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Experience working with international or remote teams is a plus.
Experience in print-on-demand (POD), eCommerce, or related industries is a strong plus.
