ABOUT THE ROLE

At Crossian, our AI agent system automates the operational side of performance marketing. That changes what we need most from people. This is a senior individual-contributor role, not a people-management one: you lead through technical depth, not headcount. We're looking for someone who is expert at both performance marketing and creative development - the person who sets up the creative and UA systems the AI runs on, decides what "good" looks like, and solves the hard problems that don't have a playbook yet. You own strategy end-to-end, without a middle-management layer above you, and you use AI agents to turn that strategy into performance at scale.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Set the creative and UA strategy: define the angles, frameworks, and testing approach that drive results across app/game titles
- Build the creative pipeline and workflows that AI agents run on - the logic, briefs, and quality standard behind them
- Take on the hardest data problems: work out why performance drops, decide what to change, and turn funnel data (CTR, CR, CPM, CPI, ROAS...) into action
- Come up with new creative concepts and content directions from market, competitor, and data insight
- Own creative testing end-to-end: set the hypotheses, structure the tests, read the results, and turn wins into repeatable patterns
- Run UA across major ad platforms (Applovin, Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Mintegral, Affiliate, etc.), going deep on targeting, bidding, and scaling
- Set how people and AI work together in the creative-to-campaign loop, and raise the team's technical level through the systems you build

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Analysis, Economics, or a related field.
- A strong academic foundation in mathematics is a real plus - especially a track record of achievements or awards in math during your school years
- Advanced English proficiency (equivalent to IELTS 7.0+)
- 5+ years of strong proven experience in both performance marketing / UA for mobile apps or games
- Background at a top-tier tech/e-commerce or gaming company is a plus.
- Expert with ad platforms, performance metrics, and tracking/attribution
- Expert in creative development: content components, brief and content-flow design, and building new angles from insight
- Experience building or working closely with AI-driven marketing workflows or agents
- A fast learner who adapts quickly as tools and platforms change
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Always testing, learning, and improving.

- Monthly Salary: Competitive and negotiable based on experience
