Website Management & Development
Manage and maintain the company's main distributor website and brand websites, ensuring stability, security, and optimal performance.
Develop and execute website growth strategies to enhance user experience (UX/UI) and conversion performance.=
Implement and optimize SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and search rankings.
Content Management & Website Updates
Collaborate with Content and Design teams to produce engaging and brand-alignedwebsite content.
Regularly update and optimize website content, including product pages, news, and promotional materials to ensure freshness and accuracy.
Digital Marketing Campaign Management
Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns across SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, and Marketing Automation (Email, Zalo Mini App, etc.).
Drive both branding and performance marketing initiatives to increase traffic, leads, and conversions.
Manage advertising budgets and optimize key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, and CPL.
Continuously monitor and adjust campaign strategies across channels for maximum efficiency and performance.
Data Analysis & Performance Reporting
Track and analyze performance data from tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms.
Prepare regular KPI reports on traffic, engagement, conversion rate, and ROI.
Provide data-driven insights and strategic recommendations based on customer behavior and market trends.
Yêu cầu
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Growth Marketing.
Hands-on experience with advertising platforms: Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Zalo Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Social Media, CRM, Email Marketing, and Marketing Automation.
Proven experience in budget management and performance optimization (CAC, LTV, ROAS, ROI).
Proficient in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Data Studio, Facebook Business Manager.
Good command of English is a plus.
