SENIOR DIGITAL MARKETING

SOCIAL MEDIA FANPAGE AND WEBSITE MANAGEMENT
· Take main responsibility for managing Shinhan Bank Vietnam's official social media channels, including fanpage operation and publishing schedule.
· Track and interpret performance data from tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and other digital reporting platforms.
· Manage and update website content, including banners, campaign pages, product information, news, and other digital touchpoints.
· Manage and update Shinhan Bank branch information on Google Maps when needed, including address, operating hours, contact information, and other relevant updates.
· Monitor fanpage activities and social trends to propose suitable improvements.
BASIC SOCIAL VISUAL & CREATIVE DEVELOPMENT
· Develop creation of social visuals, basic short-form videos, AI-generated image/clips, simple motion assets, and other digital formats suitable for each platform.
· Keep up with social media trends, AI creative tools, and digital content formats to improve the relevance and freshness of Shinhan Bank's digital communication.
