POSITION SUMMARY:
We are looking for a Senior Digital Optimization (Game) to join our team, who is responsible for executing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns for mobile games across multiple platforms. This role focuses on improving campaign performance through data analysis, creative testing, and continuous optimization to drive efficient user acquisition.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Execute, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns for mobile games across TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and ad networks.
Analyze campaign performance based on key metrics (CPI, CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS) and take data-driven actions to improve results.
Design and execute A/B testing frameworks for creatives, audience targeting, and bidding strategies to continuously improve performance.
Collaborate closely with the internal team to provide performance-driven insights (angles, formats, messaging).
Track and optimize key stages of the user acquisition funnel (impression > click > install) to improve conversion efficiency.
Track systems and ensure data accuracy.
Prepare regular performance reports and propose actionable optimization plans.
Stay updated on platform changes and advertising trends in the mobile game industry.
In your daily work, you will closely cooperate with the Internal team (Account & Digital Planner) to deliver and ensure the optimal campaign planning & execution.
Yêu cầu
At least 3 years of experience in Digital Advertising / Performance Marketing, preferably in Mobile Games or Apps.
Hands-on experience optimizing campaigns on TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, or Google Ads.
Strong understanding of performance metrics: CPI, CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS.
Proven experience in creative testing, especially short-form video ads.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
Familiarity with MMP tools (AppsFlyer, Adjust, etc.) is a plus.
Good teamwork and communication skills, especially with creative teams.
Basic English proficiency (reading and understanding documentation).
