Job Purpose
- The job holder is responsible for driving the digital sales strategies to deliver on their allocated salesplans within the digital sales portfolio.
- The job holder is responsible for defining, building and running the digital sales actions to deliverfinancial value for their allocated portfolio.
Key Accountabilities (1)
Develop Digital Sales Action Plan
- Work closely with Digital sales team members,
Digital Marketing team, Journey Tribes and relatedinternal departments (retail và business) to develop a clearly defined and compelling digital salesaction plan to deliver on allocated annual sales plan.
- Setup and align the digital sales management process with the relevant stakeholders
- Create documents to seek approval from relevant internal Committees and stakeholders for sign-offof the digital sales action plan.
Key Accountabilities (2)
Manage the Digital Sales Action Plan
- Proactively manage the digital sales funnel to track progress of sales action plan, activities to closethe gaps and support needed from the rest of the Digital sales team, Digital Office and Marketingteams to deliver the outcomes.
- Periodically review and recommend changes to the digital sales action plan based on externaldevelopments and the progress in execution of the action plan.
Key Accountabilities (3)
Reporting Results
- Monitor and report on the ROI outcomes of digital sales action plan - linked to KRAs/ KPIs - with thegoal of demonstrating the positive impact from these activities on the financial result of the DigitalOffice and Bank.
Managing Stakeholders
- Challenge and inspire stakeholders through the digital sales process with a view to differentiating theBank.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in developing digital sales strategies or equivalent experience
• Proven track record in executing digital sales strategies within financial services industry
• Strong experience in developing proposals to drive digital sales
• Involved in digital transformation (business modelling, digital sales/ marketing, customer experience and innovation labs)
• Experience working in Agile teams to support digital transformation projects
• Bachelor's degree in banking or a business management discipline
• Digital Sales and Digital Marketing certification will be advantageous
