- Participate in departmental meetings and support the Director in operating and implementing business plans.
- Assist the Director in monitoring progress and evaluating the performance of Departments/Divisions; work directly with Sales,
Purchasing, and other roles.
- Research, synthesize information, and prepare market reports as requested.
- Update reports and propose relevant solutions.
- Perform other tasks as requested by the Board of Directors (Specific details will be discussed during the interview).
- Under 30 years old.
- At least 2 years of experience in assistant, secretarial, or operational roles.
- Bachelor Degree
- Willing to commute within Ho Chi Minh City
- Proficient in either English or Japanese; strong office skills (MS Office).
