Responsibilities- Architect and implement real-time firmware for robot motion controllers and sensor interfaces
Develop and maintain BSPs for ARM Cortex-M and Cortex-A class processors
Integrate FreeRTOS or Zephyr RTOS for deterministic task scheduling
Design communication protocols: CAN FD, SPI, I2C, RS-485, EtherCAT
Lead code reviews and enforce safety-critical coding standards (MISRA C/C++)
Collaborate with hardware team on PCB bring-up and peripheral driver development
Optimize firmware for low-latency control loops (

Requirements
▸5+ years of embedded C/C++ development in production environments
▸Deep knowledge of RTOS concepts: scheduling, semaphores, task priorities
▸Experience with ARM architecture and toolchains (GCC, LLVM, JTAG debugging)
▸Familiarity with industrial communication buses (CAN, EtherCAT, Modbus)
▸Strong debugging skills using oscilloscope, logic analyzer, hardware debuggers
▸Experience with safety standards (IEC 61508, ISO 13849) is a plus
