Lead and govern the design and delivery of enterprise IT & infrastructure architecture for a 200+ system ecosystem (Aviation, OT, IT). Act as the technical representative of the
Developer, working closely with MSI, vendors, and government stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
• Define and review solutions across enterprise platforms (ERP, ITSM/CMDB, CRM, Data Platform, Digital Platform).
• Build and maintain the System Registry for all systems with full metadata and architecture alignment.
• Define integration architecture (ESB, API Gateway, Event Streaming, iPaaS) and ensure proper implementation.
• Contribute to infrastructure design: network architecture, data centers (primary & DR), hybrid cloud.
• Establish IT policies, SOPs, and ensure compliance with Vietnamese regulations (Cybersecurity Law, Decree 53).
• Oversee security architecture (OT/IT segregation, SOC, XDR).
• Act as technical counterpart to MSI/vendors: review designs, FAT/SAT, enforce standards.
• Coordinate with government agencies (immigration, customs, aviation IT).
• Translate technical topics into clear business communication.
• At least 10 years' experience in Enterprise IT / Infrastructure / Architecture.
• Experience in large-scale, multi-system projects (airport, smart city, real estate, telco, banking...).
• Strong knowledge of integration, data platforms, infrastructure, and security.
• Experience working with SI/MSI and multiple vendors.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills (English & Vietnamese).
