JOB PURPOSE
To be in charge of negotiating, operating, and managing all related Commercial Agreements of Company in an efficient and beneficial manner.
JOB DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for drafting, negotiating and implementing Lifting Agreement (LA) and Joint Marketing Agreement (JMA) for Block B Condensate (including Sales Agreement/Contract).
• Coordinate with Marketing Agent and Principals to prepare the necessary documentation as required under Lifting Agreement and Joint Marketing Agreement for Block B Condensate.
• Calculation of Sellers' Entitlement under GSPA and Lifting Interest under Lifting Agreement, the Selling Indication Price, Cut-off Price, and Counter Price, ...
• Support with the preparation, review, negotiation, execution, and operation of Gas Sale and Purchase Agreement (GSPA), Gas Transportation Agreement (GTA), Gas Sale Agreement (GSA), Tie-in and Operating Services Agreements (TOSA), etc.
• Carry out the tasks of risk management and mitigation solution on the execution of Block B Commercial Agreements.
• Work closely with other internal departments and external relevant parties (Upstream Owners, Transporters, Power Plants, etc) of the Block B Gas to Power Project value chain to perform and fulfill contractual rights and obligations under commercial agreements in a compliant, effective manner.
• Develop and implement the relevant procedures to manage and supervise the Block B Commercial Agreements (LA, JMA, GSPA).
• Monitor, update and provide the forecast of Crude Oil price and Gas price as required and the applicable regulations serving for the implementation of Block B Commercial Agreements.
• Manage communications, clarifications, qualifications, and exceptions.
• Perform other assigned tasks as required.

Qualifications
• A bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, or Legal is preferred;
• Thorough understanding of regulations and trade practices related to Crude Oil, Condensate, and petroleum product trading;
• English skill: IELTS 5.5, TOEIC 600 or equivalent.
Experiences
• At least 5 years of experience in managing or negotiating the trading of Crude Oil/Condensate and Natural Gas;
• Direct experience in the negotiation and execution of Lifting Agreements (LA) and Joint Marketing Agreements (JMA) is highly preferred;
• Experiences working in Oil & Gas JOC/POC/PVOil is preferred.
Required Skills/Abilities
• Ability to work in detail and identify key issues in complex situations;
• Have ability to work independently and work under high pressure;
• Excellent verbal and written communication;
• Good research, logical thinking and analyzing skills;
• Skills in presenting and explaining issues using various methods (presentations, written communication, discussions);
• Be independent contributor, diligent, and highly motivated;
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or AI-driven data analysis is preferred;
• Proficient in financial modeling, economic analysis, and statistical tools;
• Be able to network and liaise with the stakeholder in Oil and Gas Industry.
