Mô tả công việc
As a Senior Executive - Learning & Development, you will be responsible for conducting / coordinating training & familiarization programs, assisting in the implementation of Performance Management for direct, Worker Staff & Executive categories and preparing job descriptions.
In details as following:
- Assessing the training needs of the organization by systematically analyzing and listing out training and development needs identified through the Performance Management process. Preparing documentation to highlight the gap and identify training and development solutions to bring the gap.
- Assisting compiling, maintaining & updating the following reports in order to facilitate management decision making. (HR Monthly Report; T& D update; Database for Training Institutions)
- Conducting and coordinating familiarization programs to create awareness about the organizations expectations / systems / processes / culture through Power Point presentations, induction packs, handbooks and guidelines and thereby promoting the image of the organization.
- Ascertaining the return on investment of the employees sent for training through assignments, reports, presentations and by gathering feedback from the relevant department managers to ensure the returns on investment are justifiable. (Not happening at the moment but can decide whether the job requires it)
- Formulating and Coordinating the Linea Aqua management trainee program. Planning and executing the marketing, recruiting, training and retention aspects of the program.
- Assisting in the implementation of Performance Management for Direct, Worker, Staff, & Executive categories & preparing increment, promotion, transfer letters & probation extension letters.
- Monitoring of Executive confirmations & preparation of confirmations. Preparing increment, promotion, transfer letters & probation extension letters.
- Coordinating Department forums and following up on all related issues brought up at forums. Counselling and providing guidance / assistance to employees who require such services in order to assist employees to find solutions to their personal / work related problems and grievances.
- Assisting in the maintenance of the HAY system with regard to preparing Job Descriptions.
- Assisting the HR Manager in selecting and interviewing potential candidates for executive category by maintaining a data bank to fill the organizations manpower requirement.
- Performing additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by the management.
