Senior Expert, Operational Service Efficiency Monitoring (40001392)

The person taking this position is responsible for:
- Be the main focal point to perform the task of building systems/tools to measure and improve operational efficiency
- Be the main focal point for the task of developing know-how and analytical capacity for the Operation Efficiency Management department

1. Perform Data Steward in Ops Division;
2. Perform data analysis and build automatic reports/ dashboards for BAU centers
3. Design processes and tools to build efficient data model and monitor data perfomance
4. Build and support information end-users using BI tools and develop data self-service (data self-service) skills

5. Ensure the data analysis/reporting system works correctly and efficiently
6. Automate periodically reports
7. Develop and carry out internal training programs on advanced data analysis

Experience: Bachelor's or higher degree in Economics, Statistics, Commerce, Business Management or equivalent. Have professional certificates or have taken courses in Database management; Data analysis; Cloud computing.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of relevant experience in areas of data analysis / business analysis / financial analysis with at least 5 years working in finance and banking industry
- Good understanding of database systems
- Experience in using programming languages and BI tools: Python / R / Power BI. Familiar with automation tools such as VBA, Power Automate.
- Understanding of banking operations models and processes
- Good understanding and knowledge of operational risk management and compliance of business/funtional divisions
- Experience in applied statistical / mathematical modeling is an advantage
- Understanding of core banking systems is an advantage
- Foreign language: as bank's regulations
