ROLE PURPOSE
Support the development of Gia Binh Airport's Catering business by identifying market opportunities, designing service concepts, and developing strategic partnerships that enhance passenger experience and create sustainable commercial value.
The role is responsible for helping establish a differentiated catering platform that combines operational excellence, customer-centric service, and innovative food & beverage concepts.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Market & Customer Insights
Conduct market research and customer analysis related to airline catering, airport catering, lounges, and premium hospitality services.
Analyze passenger demographics, airline preferences, food consumption trends, and customer expectations.
Evaluate global best practices in airport catering and hospitality ecosystems.
Identify emerging food, beverage, and customer experience trends.
Business Strategy & Development
Support development of the Airport Catering business plan and growth roadmap.
Assess revenue opportunities across airline catering, VIP catering, lounge catering, crew catering, and special-event catering.
Develop commercial cases and market-entry strategies for new products and services.
Support strategic partnership development with airlines, hospitality brands, and F&B operators.
Product & Experience Innovation
Contribute to the design of catering concepts and customer value propositions.
Explore opportunities to enhance passenger experience through differentiated food and hospitality offerings.
Benchmark innovative concepts from leading airports, airline caterers, hospitality groups, and premium travel brands.
Support pilot initiatives, product innovation programs, and service enhancement projects.
Commercial & Partnership Management
Assist in preparing partnership proposals and commercial agreements.
Coordinate discussions with airline customers and catering partners.
Support negotiations related to service scope, pricing structures, and contract terms.
Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across aviation and hospitality sectors.
Performance Management & Reporting
Monitor market performance, business KPIs, and customer feedback.
Prepare business reports and strategic recommendations.
Support forecasting, budgeting, and management reporting processes.
