We have an existing operation in Da Nang and are developing a second studio in Ho Chi Minh City for a sister brand targeting women broadly in their mid-20s to mid-30s.
The brand focuses on modern social and occasion dressing: dinners, dates, parties, travel and celebrations. Its customer is confident and sensual, with increasingly sophisticated taste in silhouette, fabric, fit and styling. The brand will have its own recognizable identity.
An initial moodboard, customer direction and early product ideas already exist. We are looking for an experienced, hands-on designer who can develop this foundation into coherent collections and take garments through the full development cycle-from initial design to approved samples and production.

Competitive salary up to US$2,000 gross per month, negotiable based on experience and ability. Work on contemporary womenswear for the U.S. market and help shape a new brand within an established fashion business.
