KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1.
Investment
Analysis & Evaluation (70%)
Develop financial models and conduct sensitivity analysis to evaluate investment returns and assess potential risks.
Perform in-depth financial and business analysis to support investment decisions and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
Prepare investment proposals, financial presentations, and memorandums for the Investment Committee.
Participate in the end-to-end investment evaluation process, including financial modeling, market research, and legal assessment.
Evaluate business plans and investment opportunities, considering key business drivers, risks, and cost-benefit relationships.
2. Post-Investment Performance Review (30%)
Develop and maintain performance trackers covering P&L, CAPEX budgets, and other key financial indicators.
Monitor investment performance and funding utilization to support effective financial resource allocation.
Analyze business performance, identify key improvement opportunities, and recommend actionable solutions to relevant stakeholders.
Provide financial insights to support business performance improvement and informed decision-making.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, or a related field.
3-4 years of relevant working experience in financial analysis, investment evaluation, corporate finance, or a related area.
ACCA or CPA qualification is an advantage.
Strong financial modeling, financial statement analysis, and numerical analysis skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, particularly for financial modeling and investment presentations.
Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate financial concepts clearly to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
Strong business acumen, commercial curiosity, and an understanding of key business drivers.
Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and perform well under pressure.
