- Prepare monthly financial reports, daily transaction of holding company, cash flow forecasts, and budget variance analyses for senior leadership
- Coordinate with banks and financial institutions on trade finance facilities, credit lines, and loan drawdowns
- Monitor and optimize working capital across the distribution cycle - inventory, AR, and AP
- Collaborate directly with external professionals such as auditors and tax advisors to ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements
- Drive process improvements in financial controls and reporting systems
- Lead end-to-end consolidation processes and oversee the management of Group structures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in reporting
- Execute tasks and projects as directed by senior management, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Ideally: Manage end-to-end trade and import financing, including Letters of Credit (LC), trust receipts, documentary collections, and supplier financing arrangements
Yêu cầu
- 5+ years of finance experience, ideally experience in import/trade financing and working in a distribution/trading company
- Proven experience in consolidation and managing Group structures
- Ability to translate financial insights into actionable business outcomes with detail oriented
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA/ACCA/CFA,and prior experience with a Big Four firm are considered strong advantages
- Strong communication skills: comfortable presenting to senior
