1. Responsibilities
• Assist Group Financial Controller to oversee the financial matters of group
companies in Vietnam
• Collect, review and summarize the companies' regular reporting (including
weekly cash flow, monthly financial statements and etc) for management
attention
• Analyze and report for variances (budget vs actual, month-over-month, year-
over-year and etc)
• Participate in budget preparation
• Check and comment on daily payment applications
• Review and comment on statutory reporting (e.g. audited financial statements,
BOD meeting minutes and etc)
• Translate contracts and some financial information (from Vietnamese to English)
for Group Financial Controller's review
• Give advices to non-Vietnamese Group Financial Controller for the local
accounting, tax, legal and labor law regulations in Vietnam
• Attend management meetings and follow up the managers' comments
• Coordinate with all the stakeholders for smooth operation
• Handle full-set of accounts for some small/ start-up companies in the Group
• Perform ad hoc assignments according to management requests
Yêu cầu
• At least 8 years of experience with big 4 Audit and commercial background
• Experience in property development and/ or property management is preferred
• Updated and sound knowledge in Vietnamese accounting, tax and law regulations
• Basic knowledge in legal terms to interpret contracts & company secretarial matters
• Effective communication skill to deal with different stakeholders in a diverse environment
• Good communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
• Able to work independently under pressure and prioritize the works to be done
• Candidates with a long-term commitment (stable)
• University degree (Pre-requisite), and Chief Accountant certificate/ACCA/CPA (preferred)
