Mô tả công việc
- Senior Financial Analyst analyses business performance and strategy, control budget, and financial modeling. Responsible for financial planning and analysis.
- Identifying financial performance trends and financial risk and making recommendations.
- Build, update and maintain complex financial models and detailed forecasts of the company.
- Prepare weekly/monthly internal management reports
- Analyze financial data and provide forecasting support.
- Organize data into accessible reports and perform various types of analysis using key metrics such as yearly growth, return on assets, and return on equity, ...
- Oversee financial functions, such as assessing, auditing, planning, budgeting, cost control, and project control.
- Analyze the performance of each project.
- Evaluate and analyze capital expenditures, depreciation, proposals, investment opportunities, rate of return, profit plans, financial statements, etc.
- Perform variance analysis to explain differences in performance and forecasting.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting Finance.
- CFA credentials or equivalent.
- At least 03 years of experience in a similar position.
- Priority candidate with working experience in the fast-growing IT industry.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and databases.
- Outstanding presentation, reporting, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other financial planning software.
- Proficiency in English (Reading, writing, listening, and speaking).
- Outstanding negotiation, problem-solving, and communication.
- Good organizational competence and ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
