Senior Franchise Sales Consultant
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Actively seek clients that need franchise sales & marketing and/or franchise consulting services and meet sales quotas.
- Provide consulting services to help clients develop and implement plans for improving operations and increasing profits.
- Help plan, organize, and participate in key franchising events in Vietnam and internationally (e.g. VF Franchise Business Matching Events, franchise and industry shows, etc.).
- Develop sales strategies and materials, including proposals, presentations, website content, and other franchise collateral.
- Train and coach franchisees and their staff on best practices in sales, marketing, and operations.
- Conduct research on the client's business and objectives to develop a customized approach for each project.
- Produce professional reports and presentations to clients and upper management.
- Help maintain and develop VF Franchise Consulting's online presence and user journey.
- Support and work closely with the marketing team and senior management.
- Provide marketing support and advice to colleagues throughout the organization.
Minimum Requirements:
- Two or more years of Franchise consulting, sales, and/or franchise operations experience
- Position based in Ho Chi Minh City or Hanoi, Vietnam
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Vietnamese with English proficiency
- Proficient in MS Office
- Reports to senior management
- Full Time
