1. Possesses strong logical thinking, is skilled at analyzing and solving problems, and has good communication abilities.
2. Demonstrates strong English proficiency and can communicate fluently with team members and stakeholders across various regions, particularly with the US team.
3. 5+ years of
software engineering experience with HTML, CSS, and Javascript experience with TypeScript and React.
4. Proficient in critical aspects of technical SEO, including crawling and indexing, structured data, site architecture, canonicalization, and mobile optimization.
5. Well-versed in using analytics tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console, as well as SEO-specific tools like Moz, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
6. Have a good understanding of user experience (UX) and web design principles to ensure that a site is not only optimized for search engines but also for user engagement.
7. Proficient in common Git commands and workflows, particularly those related to GitHub pull requests.
8. Working hours: Working Hours: This role requires availability during the US Eastern Time Zone (9 pm and 5am Vietnam Time) or at least a 5-hour overlap between 9 pm and 2 am Vietnam Time for effective collaboration across teams in different time zones.
