The Job
- Design, build, and deploy .NET 7+ microservices aligned with modern architectural and cloud-native principles.
- Use AI-enhanced development tooling to:
- Increase release velocity
- Auto-generate tests and documentation
- Assist in code reviews and early issue detection
- Write high-performance, maintainable, and secure backend services.
- Implement automated testing (unit, integration, contract testing).
- Collaborate with architects, DevOps, and front-end engineers to build scalable end-to-end solutions.
- Participate in the evolution of the platform's architecture, coding standards, and best practices.
- Ensure observability and reliability through logging, metrics, tracing, and alerting.
- Contribute to CI/CD adoption and improvements.
Your Skills and Experience
Required:
- 4-7+ years of backend development experience
- Strong proficiency with C#, .NET 6/7+, and developing RESTful or event-driven microservices.
- Demonstrated experience using AI development tools to enhance code quality and delivery.
- Solid understanding of cloud platforms (Azure preferred), containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Strong background in automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with relational databases and ORM frameworks (EF Core, Dapper).
- At least 2 years of experience with MS SQL Server (views and stored procedures, optimizing queries).
- Experience in Frontend Frameworks.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with distributed system patterns (CQRS, DDD, messaging).
- Experience with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus).
- Familiarity with IaC (Terraform, Bicep).
- Experience with sidecar-based service design (Dapr, Envoy, custom policy sidecars)
