Identify and address technical debt & challenges: Proactively analyze areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance system performance and scalability.
Collaborate across squads (frontend, backend, QA...) to share knowledge, align on best practices, and mentor junior team members
Take ownership of features or systems; lead projects or squads when needed, ensuring delivery quality and guiding technical direction.
