Caspeco is looking for Fullstack
Developer (.NET/Java, Javascript) to join our dynamic team in Hanoi, Vietnam
What will you do?
Build and maintain high-performance backend services and APIs in C#/.NET or Java
Contribute to frontend features that connect to those services
Design and implement REST APIs and microservices
Improve the observability of our systems and services so we can find and fix problems quickly
Use AI tools as a natural part of how you design, build, and test software
Keep the bar high for code quality, reliability, and security
Work closely with
designers, product managers, and data teams to deliver solutions that fit together
Present plans and technical decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Help the team keep improving how we build software
Desired skills and experience:
6+ years of backend development experience with strong expertise in C#/.NET (preferred) or Java
Working knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript for frontend development
Hands-on use of AI tools in your day-to-day work, or genuine curiosity and eagerness to start
4+ years of experience with Azure, including services such as Container Apps, AKS, and App Service, plus Docker
Solid grasp of system design and distributed architecture, and experience building scalable, reliable services
Hands-on experience with CI/CD using GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps
Experience with at least one of SQL Server, MongoDB, Redis, or Azure Storage
Strong knowledge of RESTful API design and best practices
Excellent written and spoken English
