Assign tasks and provide development direction for Game Designers
Develop training plans and enhance the competencies of Game Designers
Communicate with the Production Lead to propose new game development plans
Provide guidance on design documentation for Game Designers, or directly create documentation for products
Monitor or directly participate in projects to ensure progress aligns with expectations
Collaborate effectively with
developers to define game data design
Double-check the metrics adjusted by Game Designers, or directly balance the parameters of the products involved
Strong understanding of the mobile game market with the ability to quickly grasp trends
Knowledge in product analysis and evaluation
Solid background in probability and statistics
Familiarity with Unity (C#)
4+ years of experience in game design
Excellent communication skills
Strong research, information processing, and synthesis skills
Ability to quickly absorb and learn new knowledge
Team player with good interpersonal skills
Passionate about learning, playing, and developing games
