1. Review and control local expenses
2. Perform and ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information.
3. Perform and ensure an accurate and timely monthly, and year-end accounting close procedure.
4. Ensure the monthly Bank Compliance activities are performed in a timely and accurate manner.
5. Monitor and analyses monthly Expense vs Budget and identify the root cause if needed.
6. Assist in Newly Establish procedure (Finance) and implementation of Oracle system and features to enhance the workflow.
7. Assist in requirements of local statutory auditing, annual corporate income tax return and monthly withholding tax filing, Sales E-Invoice Issue and VAT returns.
8. Self-motivated with good attention to detail and work independently.
Yêu cầu
1. Must have chief accountant certificate. Academic background: Diploma/ bachelor's in Accounting, Business & Administration;
2. Experience: Minimum 4-5 years in Accounting, Accounting firm or FDI industrial experience is preferred
3. Knowledge:
• Accounting knowledge (Local VAS; IFRS/US GAAP principles is a plus) & statutory report concept.
• Tax knowledge (CIT/VAT/FCT/Individual tax)
4. Skill: Other Accounting ERP experience & Proficient in MS office (Excel); Oracle/SAP ERP is preferred. Practical experience in operating the local tax system and Misa tax invoice issuance
5. Language: Native speaker of Vietnamese+ excellent English (ex: TOEIC above 750), written and verbal communication are essential. (Chinese is a plus)
