1. Main tasks:
Create brand representation
* Establish the brand identity of Easia Travel & sub-brands, and ensure 100% of designs are consistently high quality and representative of the company strategy
* Coordinate with MarCom Manager to ensure all collaterals produced are of high standard and completed within agreed timelines
Take charge of project coordination
* Evaluate project briefs on receipt and assess content requirements, providing feedback if required
* Liaise with MarCom Manager on project timelines, as well as managing expectations to meet realistic deadlines
* Provide innovative ideas and support brainstorm of technical and artistic solutions during project conception and initiation
* Adapt designs and concepts based on feedback and updates
2. Other tasks:
* Liaise with
Content Editor to create visually striking posts for social media
* Maintain the brand values of Easia Travel and its brands across all fields
* Coordinate project timelines with the Marketing and Branding team
* Stay up-to-date with current technologies, design tools and applications
* Perform other related duties as assigned or requested
1. Competency:
* Fluent in English language
* Excellent graphic design skills and be well-versed of graphic design tools
* Out-of-the-box thinker who contributes ideas and solutions
* Excellent design skills: Adobe Suite, Canva, Figma
* Good analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
* Good attention to details
* Wordpress is a plus.
* Self-motivated to learn new concepts and participate in new projects
* UX and UI design skills is a big plus
* Video editing and/or motion design skills is a plus
* Characteristics: pleasant personality, autonomous, positive attitude, open-minded, honest, active and decisive
2. Education
* Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
3. Experiences:
Proven experience as a Graphic
Designer - A Portfolio is required to apply.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design.
* Familiarity with the travel industry (a plus).
