What You'll Do
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic
Designer to support the development of engaging visual content across digital and offline channels. This role will be responsible for creating high-quality designs that align with our brand identity, and help strengthen our connection with pet owners across Southeast Asia.
• Develop, refine, and maintain the company's brand identity, including visual guidelines,
brand assets, and overall brand consistency.
• Translate brand strategy into compelling visual concepts and creative executions under
the guidance of the Marketing Lead.
• Study creative briefs and business objectives to develop effective visual solutions.
• Present design concepts and incorporate feedback into final deliverables.
• Create graphics, layouts, and visual assets in accordance with established brand
guidelines.
• Ensure typography, imagery, and content are effectively arranged to achieve strong
visual communication and user engagement.
• Design and produce creative assets across multiple channels, including social media,
digital advertising, websites, printed materials, and in-clinic communications.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Operations, Veterinary Teams, and other
stakeholders to support business initiatives and campaigns.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery of high-quality
work.
• Utilize and explore AI-powered creative tools to improve efficiency, content production,
and design innovation.
• Monitor design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to
continuously elevate creative output.
• Support photography, video production, and content creation activities when required.
Reports directly to the Marketing Lead
What You Bring
We need someone who's creative, fast-moving, and ready to make things happen. You'll need:
• 2+ years of experience in Graphic Design, Creative Design, Branding, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, visual design,
digital marketing, and creative projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
• Experience using AI-powered creative tools to enhance design workflows and content production.
• Experience in video editing, motion graphics, or multimedia content creation.
• Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive web design best practices.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet deadlines.
• Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented with a positive attitude toward collaboration and feedback.
• A keen eye for aesthetics, layout, typography, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
