Provide guidelines and support for expatriates to obtain required documents (such as temporary residence books, Vietnamese health checks, Vietnamese police checks, etc.) for expatriate formalities' applications.
Proceed with visa, work permit, and TRC applications, and follow up for renewals.
Monitor and perform activities to ensure legal compliance with the requirements of the Vietnamese government for expatriate employees working and living in Vietnam, including visas, work permits, temporary residence cards, as well as other legal documents/requirements related to expatriate employees and their accompanying dependents.
Coordinate logistics for expatriates' relocation to Vietnam, including but not limited to guidance on document authentication, entry visas, flight tickets, shipment-in, and accommodation. Support orientation programs for new expatriate employees. Provide support and guidance to expatriates during their initial settling period.
Serve as the contact point and main person in charge of supporting expatriates in administrative and legal matters related to local authorities. Support expatriates with housing matters.
Coordinate logistics for expatriates' off-boarding process, including but not limited to exit visas, flight tickets, shipment-out, and Vietnamese criminal record guidance. Handle relevant reports to authorities regarding departing expatriate employees.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
BA Degree in Labor Relations/Human Resources Management/Business Administration or equivalent.
Knowledge of administration regulations mandated by the Vietnamese government; knowledge of immigration laws and working laws for expatriates.
At least 5 years of related work experience.
