Mô tả công việc
The Job holder will do HR functions as HRBP together with the team to achieve the overall targets involving Training & Development, Recruitment, Benefit arrangement, Employment administration/support, HR projects, ect.
(i) Training & development:
- Coordinate with stakeholders for developing and implementing training & development programs.
- Plan & organize workshops/training sessions
- Follow up, record, and complete the training sessions
- Update training status with reports
(ii) Recruitment:
- Be in charge of the recruitment process: post job advertisements, screen CVs, interview candidates at the 1st round, arrange tests for candidates, send qualified candidates to hiring managers, and arrange face-to-face interviews.
- Prepare and deploy on-boarding process for new hires
- Conduct Orientation sessions for new-hired
- Review & update Job descriptions correctly & timely
(iii) Performance Management
- Follow up with employee on conducting performance management
- To ensure managers and employees are trained for Performance Management Process
- Monitors the effectiveness of the performance management system
(iv) Employment administration & support: Maintain accurate employee records, including staff files, HRIS data, and other HR documentation.
- Arrange filing and manage employees' profiles
- Manage and update HR master data and HR reports
- Follow probation time, contract's expired date and prepare HR documents accordingly
- Manage Position & Job Requisition to be aligned with Group's policies
- Carry out and follow up termination process, handover, and final settlement for leaving staff
(v) Benefits administration: Arrange annual Health check-up, additional health care insurance, etc.
(vi) Other: ad-hoc tasks/projects/reports assigned by manager

- Education: Bachelor's Degree
- Experiences: at least 5 years of working experience with the same scope of work in the multinational companies.
• Skilled at recruitment
• Knowledge of labor law and social & health insurance.
• Experienced in Performance Management, Training & development
• Experienced in HR system
- Personalities: Proactive, Result-oriented, Well-organized, Careful, Confidentiality and Compliance.
- Skills:
o Excellent communication in verbal and non-verbal
o Strategic thinking, good interpersonal skills, time management
o Project management
o Team spirit, leadership, customer-service mindset
- Language: Proficient in English, especially speaking and writing
- Computer: Advanced level in MS Office, especially Word & Excel
