1/Recruit:
- Participate in recruitment, search and propose recruitment channels
- Screening applications, checking and assessing candidates' abilities, contacting candidates, arranging interview schedules and directly participating in interviews.
2/ C&B :
- Perform timekeeping, salary calculation, welfare, etc. for employees according to the company's internal regulations.
- Solving questions and complaints of employees related to salaries, bonuses, etc.
- Implement items related to social insurance and PIT for employees.
- Monitor the duration of probation/labor contracts to remind and coordinate with the department to complete the assessment in a timely manner.
- Create contracts/contract appendices or other relevant notices and decisions according to the evaluation results.
- Control and store personnel records;
3/ Other HR activities
- Responsible for implementing entrance training activities for employees.
- Other tasks at the request of superiors.
Yêu cầu
University degree in Human Resources Management, Economics, Business Administration or related fields.
Experience: 2 years or more.
Proficient in sales management software and Microsoft Office.
In-depth knowledge of labor laws, welfare regimes and related regulations.
Good communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in English is an advantage.
