Manage the full cycle of talent acquisition, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various positions within the company.
Coordinate and facilitate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
Manage HR operations, including payroll administration, benefits management, and employee records maintenance.
Handle employee relations issues, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including policies, procedures, and best practices.
Process work permits and visas for foreign employees, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation.
Prepare reports and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Other tasks are assigned by Line manager.
Yêu cầu
University graduate, major in HR or relevant field
At least 4 years of experience in HR field
Able to work with sensitive/confidential information and maintain/protect integrity of the Human Resources department
Ability to be independent, creative and accountable
