Key Responsibilities:
1. Payroll & Total Rewards
Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with statutory requirements.
Reconcile payroll data and prepare payroll reports for Finance and management.
Administer compensation and benefits programmes, including annual salary reviews and benefits enrolment.
Prepare and submit tax reports to ensure timely and accurate compliance with labour laws and company policies related to total rewards.
2. Employee Engagement
Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives.
Support employee relations and address workplace concerns in a timely and appropriate manner.
Promote a positive employee experience and effective internal communication.
3. HR Operations
Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and personnel documentation.
Support HR policies, processes, and compliance requirements.
Ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations and provide HR support to employees and managers.
4. Performance Management
Support the implementation of performance management systems, including goal-setting, mid-year, and annual reviews.
Guide managers and employees in aligning performance objectives with business priorities.
Track performance trends, provide recommendations for performance improvement, and support talent calibration processes.
5. HR Reporting, Budgeting & Ad-hoc Support
Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and analysis to support management decision-making.
Provide insights on workforce trends, headcount, productivity, and HR costs.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management related field.
Have 3-5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably with hands-on experience in payroll/C&B and performance management.
Sound knowledge of Vietnamese labor laws, regulations, and best practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Proficient in English (written and spoken).
