Job Summary
The Senior HR Specialist - C&B and HRBP is responsible for payroll operations, compensation & benefits administration, HR data management, budgeting, reporting, and HRBP support for assigned departments. This role plays an important part in ensuring effective HR operations, data accuracy, employee engagement, and implementation of HR programs.
Key Responsibilities
• Compensation & Benefits / Payroll
• Manage monthly payroll processes and all related activities including time & attendance, allowances, bonus, and social insurance (SHUI).
• Ensure payroll accuracy, compliance, confidentiality, and timely processing.
• Handle labor-related and social insurance administration in compliance with company policies and local regulations.
HR Data Management & Reporting
• Maintain and update HR Masterlist, C&B data, and employee records in HR systems including SuccessFactors, EzManage, Excel, and Power BI reports.
• Prepare and analyze HR reports related to headcount, people cost, payroll, and workforce data.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems.
Budgeting & Cost Control
• Support annual People Cost and Headcount budgeting processes.
• Monitor, track, and compare People Cost and Headcount on weekly and monthly basis.
• Provide analytical reports and insights to support management decision-making.
Organization & Talent Management
• Support organization structure management and workforce planning activities.
• Participate in Talent Management and Performance Management programs and initiatives.
• Support implementation of HR projects and company HR programs.
HRBP Support
• Act as HR support for assigned department(s).
• Support organization development, attraction & retention activities, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate and implement HR programs, activities, and policies within departments and value streams (VSs).
• Partner with managers and employees to support daily HR operations and people-related matters.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 3-5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, or HR Operations.
• Strong knowledge of labor law, payroll practices, and social insurance regulations.
• Experience with HR systems such as SuccessFactors, EzManage, or similar HRIS.
• Strong Excel skills; Power BI experience is an advantage.
• Good analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced multinational environment.
