Mô tả công việc
1. Training Operation (60%):
• Conduct orientation training programs for new employees to ensure smooth integration into the company culture and operations.
• Training research and design for advanced training programs to motivate talents.
• Analyze survey results and collaborate with relevant departments to propose and implement improvements that support employee growth.
• Manage E-learning system and update training reports as being required.
• Work Performance Appraisal Management: Operates KPI system to measure employee's work performance and giving analysis reports for further development.
2. HR Development (40%):
• Support HRM to develop HR Policies, Work Performance Appraisal, Culture & Engagement Activities for the organization.
• Plan and organize company events, team building, and employee recognition programs to enhance engagement.
• Draft, update, and implement internal HR policies, labor regulations, and the employee handbook in compliance with Vietnamese labor laws.
• Collect and analyze employee feedback through surveys or informal channels, and work with leadership to implement improvements.
• Build annual KPI operation plan and improvements, capability framework, Work Manual and build up HR performance standards.
• Advise and resolve employee relations issues, including complaints, disciplinary actions, and offboarding.
Yêu cầu
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, Economics, or related fields.
2. At least 3 years of experience in HRBP/ generalist HR/ Training & Development Executive role, preferably in FDI companies.
3. Hands-on experience in Training performance management, Policy development, labor relations, and employee engagement.
4. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, good teamwork cooperation.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
6. Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
