Job Title: Senior Human Resources Assistant (Compensation & Benefits)
Location: Lotte Mall West Lake Hanoi, Tay Ho, Ha Noi

Direct Report: Human Resources Manager
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for all positions (back office and front desk) within the shopping mall
- Post job advertisements, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers to interview and select candidates
- Directly negotiate with candidates, perform onboarding activities and follow-up during probationary period
- Maintain a candidate database and ensure timely communication with applicants
- Deploy the employer branding activities; Manage the career page
2. Training
- Coordinate and facilitate the employee orientation program
- Organize and manage compliance training sessions and maintain accurate attendance/training records
- Operate the E-Learning system
- Design and update training materials regularly
3. Employee Engagement
- Coodinate with team in the execution of employee engagement activities
- Collect feedback and contribute ideas to enhance employee satisfaction and motivation
